Users are able to personalize their experience with the 7 inch reconfigurable TFT, allowing them to select from an analog or digital speedometer, turn-by-turn navigation and personalized information, all with simple controls on the steering wheel.

Our work for Fiat, ala GQ’s Best Stuff

Fiat has been on the move, launching the Fiat 500 Hatchback and revealing the Cabrio at the New York Auto Show. We’ve been moving and shaking along with them, as they take a creative approach to marketing the vehicle, allowing consumers to touch and interact with the vehicle in completely new and eclectic ways. We debuted a Kinect-powered giant mosaic for Fiat at the North American International Auto Show. Then we did it again at The FADER FORT by FIAT, complimented with a Windows 7 Digital Kaleidoscope. Now those big digital installations have made their way to the big city courtesy of Vectorform’s Karl Steckling, Kevin Foreman and Frances Calandra.

At the Motor Show of Qatar

The Qatar Motor Show was the place for leading auto makers to see and be seen last week, and Vectorform Germany’s Alissia Iljaitsch and Job Plas were onsite helping Volkswagen debuted our latest collaboration—an iPad application full of specifications and media for vehicle product specialists, and slick functionality. The content-managed iPad app was a hit with the visitors on the booth, who could access the extensive glossary and request digital brochures via email. A full content management system for VW admins and a clever spin on iPad’s natural user interface made the Volkswagen Motor Show App a hit, and our team loved being part of the VW entourage, which was rounded out with a luxury SUV with gold finishing (the Touareg Gold Edition), and Dakar 2011 winners Nasser Al-Attiyah and Timo Gottschalk.

Multi-touch at the NAIAS 2009

A big splash for Vectorform at the NAIAS 2009…multiple doses of multi-touch experiences created for the Chrysler 200C concept vehicle unveil.  

From a multi-touch dashboard that interfaces with a mobile touch screen phone, to a completely seperate MS Surface experience demonstrating the multi-touch capapbilities using…multi-touch.  Unveiled and recieving a ton of publicity.
